It protects an electrical circuit from potential damage caused by conditions such as excess current or short circuiting. By pushing the button, the circuit breaker is reset and electrical current flow is restored. Maximum panel thickness is ¼-In. with a 3/8-In. hole. This Circuit Breaker measures ½-In. W x 1 5/32-In.
