A quality upgrade part for webbing strap handles that have one screw hole each side. A Sea-Lect, aka Sea Dog product. Replace older strap handles, such as those common on Eddyline, early model Old Town kayaks and many other brands such as the Bic Kayaks Handle. The cap is molded for a 10-32 screw. Cap optional but will serve the purpose of a washer. Use without caps for 1/4-20 screws.
