Engineered to provide today's high-powered offshore tournament boats and other high-performance vessels with precise, smooth and reliable steering. This heavy-duty cylinder is designed to work with all new and existing Teleflex & Seastar Solutions SeaStar hydraulic helms, providing an instant steering upgrade for a wide variety of boats. Features a rugged design with heavy-duty support brackets, barrel, shaft and seals, together with superior corrosion resistance for serious sea duty. Each cylinder is universal, allowing a variety of mounting configurations, with single, dual or triple cylinder installations to match the outboards on the transom. Independent bleeder fittings allow for better and easier system bleeding compared to tee fittings, especially in multiple engine installations. Each cylinder is equipped with stainless steel ORB elbow fittings that can be easily oriented in any direction for easy and clean rigging of hydraulic steering hoses. Teleflex's new patent-pending pivot plate design are reversible from left to right and provide smooth articulation and sealed joints for superior performance.The new Tournament Series Tie Bar features an exclusive design with an anodized aluminum body, stainless steel rod ends, and an adjustable threaded design with a maximum stroke indicator. There is no cutting involved and toe angles can be easily adjusted. Multiple engine configurations also require tie bar kit(s). All configurations require a hardware kit.
